Monsesca spent her growing up years in Woodland, a small town in western Washington, nestled in the shadow of Mount Saint Helens. Monsesca later moved to Spokane to attend Eastern Washington University. There she met her husband and later graduated with her Bachelors in Social Work. She then began working for Catholic Charities with those currently experiencing homelessness. It was while working there Monsesca saw the heart that lies within the people of this city, it was then she decided Spokane was where she was going to invest her life.
Monsesca and her husband later opened up a small convenience store in Spokane Valley. She and her husband both maintained full-time jobs while running their budding business venture, working nights and weekends to ensure every penny earned would be invested back into their growing business. After years of hard work and sound business decisions, they were able to open a second small business, a neighborhood market in North Spokane which her husband runs to this day. Monsesca realized, while looking into her young daughter's eyes, that she wanted to build a long term career to provide for their young family. She knew real estate would be the perfect fit for her entrepreneurial drive and love of people. Monsesca sought a real estate firm that shares her value of excellence, integrity and grit, she found that in Coldwell Banker Tomlinson.
